Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a pastor of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Council of H. G.

On November 8, 2013, the Defendant tried to prevent the progress of the I religious organization Busan from meeting, which was held in Busan, and the injured was incurred in the process that the injured members of the Council who were stationed in the above meeting led the Defendant to outside by suppressing the Defendant.

1. Defamation;

A. Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts.

B. On November 23, 2013, the Defendant of defamation, from around 14:50 to 15:20, at the place indicated in paragraph (a) of Article 1, the Defendant installed two large banners on the floor of the area, stating that “N teachers (the Defendant’s horses) who died of an I religious organization demanding a meeting of the I religious organization, who attempted murder,” and damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts in the manner described in paragraph (a).

C. On November 24, 2013, the Defendant defamationd the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts in the place indicated in paragraph (1) from around 15:20 to 16:20 on November 24, 2013, and in the same manner as that indicated in paragraph (1).

On December 5, 2013, the Defendant’s defamation around 17:00 on December 5, 2013, “P” under the Jongno-gu Seoul O, “P” under the Jongno-gu Seoul O, “P reply to the convening of the J group against violence.”
