The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal does not infringe the honor of the victim C or D by making the same remarks as the facts constituting the crime as indicated in the judgment below.

2. Examining the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below in light of the records, the defendant's assertion is without merit, since it can be sufficiently recognized that the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim C and D by openly pointing out false facts by openly speaking as stated in the facts constituting the crime in the judgment of the court below at the place where there are 20 or more persons who are the members of the B BG Emergency Countermeasures Committee and many police officers hear.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed under Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
