Reasons
Details of the disposition
On July 16, 199, the Plaintiff was appointed as a civilian military employee in the military service on July 16, 199, and was dismissed from office to Grade 8 of the Military Service Administration on December 31, 2005.
On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff, while serving in the military, suffered from the wounds, such as knee, knee, hnee, hume, and the bones of right (hereinafter referred to as “third wounds”) in the military service, and applied for registration of a person of distinguished service to the Defendant.
On August 14, 2014, the Defendant rendered a decision on the eligibility of a person of distinguished service to the State on the ground that: (a) it is difficult to view all of the foregoing wounds as the injury incurred in the performance of duties or education and training directly related to the national defense and security, or the protection of the lives and property of the people; and (b) determined that the part No. 1 of the instant case meets the eligibility of a person eligible for veteran’s compensation; and (c) determined that the part No. 2 and No. 3 of the instant case does not fall under the requirement
(2) The plaintiff's main assertion as to the legitimacy of the disposition of this case as to the disposition of this case, as a civilian military employee, the plaintiff suffered from the second wound in this case due to his superior's assault while in charge of the distribution and management of munitions, which led to the occurrence of the second wound in this case, and the occurrence of melting the third wound in this case due to excessive business strength and mental stress, and the second wound in this case was suffered from the second wound in this case due to excessive business strength and mental stress, and all of these are caused during the performance of duties directly related to the national defense and security or the protection of the people's lives and property, and there is a proximate causal relation with the plaintiff's duties.
