On September 17, 2017, at around 14:25, the Defendant driven Bwork free motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 50 meters alcohol concentration of 0.186% from the 50m section of blood from the east-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu to the 95rd road of the Dong Rock-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
