Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of suspended execution, and the judgment was finalized on October 24, 2014.

A. The Defendant A’s status as Defendant A is the representative director of the Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “O”) and the P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “P”) engaging in the housing construction and sale business, real estate lease and sale business.

2) On May 13, 2009, the first contract agreement between theO and Daewoo Construction (A) operated by the Defendant A of the first contract had been concluded on May 13, 2009 by way of sub-leaseing the leased officetels and apartment houses with respect to the land trust in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 52 units and officetels 12 units, which were owned by the Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Land Trust”) under consignment from the Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Treatment Construction”) on May 13, 2009 (hereinafter “Korea Land Trust”).
