Reasons

1. Facts without dispute;

A. On April 20, 2017, the Plaintiff and the Defendant owned on April 20, 2017, deposited KRW 250 million, monthly rent of KRW 650,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for Eel with the first basement located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter “instant telecom”).
