Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 2018, the Defendant conspiredd to play a role in the receipt and transportation of the Bosing Organization’s money and transportation 8,000 p.m. from the Malaysia 6,00 p.m. to the Malaysia 6,00 p.m. (Korean KRW 1.6 million to KRW 2.1 million) and the money delivered by the Malaysia 0.5% from the Malaysia 6,00 p.m. (Korean KRW 1.6 million to KRW 2.1 million).
On November 15, 2018, the employee called the victim C at around 13:30 on November 15, 2018, and made a false statement to the effect that “A person who borrowed KRW 50 million from 50,000 to her guarantee was arrested and detained by the her guarantor, who is the guarantor. First of all, she will send the her child upon her request with KRW 25,00,000.”
However, the victims C's children did not have suffered any guarantee or abduction as above.
At around 16:40 on November 15, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 25 million from the victim C in accordance with the direction of the staff members in charge of E dialogue, “F” and “G,” and received KRW 25 million from the victim C during the period from November 2 to November 20, 2018, as described in the [Attachment Table 1 to 8] between November 2018 and the day from November 20, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 67.5 million in total on eight occasions as shown in the [Attachment Table 1 to 8]. The Defendant attempted to receive KRW 30 million, such as the [Attachment Table 9] list of crimes, and was arrested by the police, and did not commit an attempted crime.
As a result, the defendant, in collusion with the name singinging staff, obtained a total of KRW 67,50,000 through eight times, and attempted to obtain a total of KRW 30,000,000, not to bring about such intent.
