1. Details of the disposition;

A. On April 30, 2007, the Gwangju Heavy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “BJ”) dismissed a truck for a special purpose type A into a general car-type truck and filed a report on the alteration of trucking transport business, and (2) on March 11, 2008, the truck for special purpose type B substituted the truck as a general truck and filed a report on the alteration of trucking transport business.

On July 10, 2008, a limited liability company and a limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as "chilling transport") acquired a general car-type truck from Gwangju Heavy Co., Ltd., and transferred a car number to C by taking over a general car-type truck on May 20, 2008.

On May 22, 2008, the brick T-type C-type truck was cut off to a wing wing wing-type truck for a special purpose, and the trucking transport business was reported. On November 16, 2009, C-type wing wing-type truck was cut off to a special purpose-type freezing truck with a freezing tower for a special purpose-type truck, and the trucking transport business was reported.

C. On January 25, 2010, the Plaintiff is a general trucking business operator, and the Plaintiff took over the A general car truck (hereinafter “A”), the A general car truck (hereinafter “A”), the C special purpose-type freezing truck truck (hereinafter “C”), and the A vehicle and C vehicle referred to as “each of the instant vehicles”).

From December 2009 to March 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 45,581,879 in total as indicated in the following table as fuel subsidies.
