A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2015, the Defendant became aware of D’s purchase of sold goods from the “E” bank located on the first floor of the store located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and became aware of D’s introduction around July 2016.

4. On November 2, 11, 200 million won received interest exceeding 24% per annum, and from around the above day to May 24, 2017, loaned total of KRW 1,201,060,000 on a total of 74 occasions, such as the daily list of crimes (1), and received interest exceeding the statutory maximum interest rate.

B. F without registering the lending business of the competent authorities on April 24, 2017, the Defendant borrowed 30 million won (27 million won in actual payment after deducting 3 million won from the preferred interest and deducting 27 million won in actual payment) from F’s bank located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan on April 24, 2017, by applying the interest rate of 405% on the condition that 3 million won is paid as interest, and received interest from the above date to May 20, 2017, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).
