Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven C truck with approximately 50 meters of alcohol level 0.149% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.149%, from the roads in front of Kimpo-dong, Kimpo-dong, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the roads in front of 766-46 and the roads in front of 766-46.
