Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 5, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on November 5, 2009.

At around 02:40 on April 15, 2020, the Defendant driven a car E 9 car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.163% in the section of about 3 km from the Do near the gas station in Ansan-si, Seoul to the front road in the same Gu.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
