Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution on February 20, 2018 by the Incheon District Court for violating the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts.

The defendant is a person who has been a guest in the "C main point" of the victim B (18 tax, female) who works.

On January 24, 2017, at around 06:40, the Defendant: (a) the victim, who had been in contact with the Defendant’s daily activity in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D, was entering the room and his employees, and (b) the victim entered the room where the employee bleeped into the above clothes according to the victim, and “the victim was called “the victim of the blish blish,” and (c) the victim answer that “the victim would attempt to go to the house,” and (d) the victim was called “the blish blish blish,”

Along with the victim, he/she was aware of a dispute with the victim, he/she committed two times with the victim's hand, and assaulted the victim by twice the victim's head by hand.
