Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car.

On June 1, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.175% on blood alcohol level around 00:30 on June 1, 2019, and led to two-lanes in the direction of the rectangular region in the direction of the 3-lane in front of the War Memorial Center in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

At the time, there is an intersection at which signal lights are installed at night and on the front side, so in such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle shall not drive the motor vehicle while it is difficult to drive the motor vehicle normally due to influence of drinking, and has the duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as making a good report on the traffic situation at the front time and accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc.

Nevertheless, the suspect was negligent in neglecting it due to influence of drinking, and the victim C (the 36-year-old) driver C (the 36-year-old)'s back portion of the rocketing car was the front part of the rocketing car.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the trend requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the victim E (25 years of age) who was accompanied by the above X-E car, for about three weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 00:30 on June 1, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.175% on blood alcohol level, and the Defendant driven B rocketing car from approximately 1.5 km to the roads 29 (Korean War Memorial) of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
