Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on November 26, 2015, the Defendant committed an act of disturbance in neighboring areas by swornly selling books at the waiting rooms of the second floor in Seoul Station.
