On March 8, 2010, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the trust in the name of Grand Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “K non-Real Estate Trust”), and on December 27, 2010, the registration of ownership transfer was completed again on the same day as the last day of Grand Property Trust on the same day as the last day of the Republic of Korea on which the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the trust in the future.
B. On July 17, 2014, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building on July 17, 2014, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future of the Plaintiff on August 11, 2014. On the same day, the Plaintiff entrusted the said building to an International Asset Trust Co., Ltd. and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the future of the said company. The Plaintiff again completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 22, 2015.
C. Meanwhile, on April 19, 2013, the Defendant concluded a lease agreement on the building with the Republic of Korea, which is the former owner of the instant building, and occupied and used the said building from that time.
The Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the instant building from August 11, 2014 to November 18, 2015 is equivalent to KRW 56,489,00, and the monthly rent for the said building thereafter is equivalent to KRW 3,695,00.
2. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the defendant delivers the building of this case to the plaintiff, and the rent of KRW 56,489,00 from August 11, 2014 to November 18, 2015 and the rent of KRW 3,695,00 per month from November 19, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the building.
