Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a military security guard, purchased a room as a introduction to the real estate brokerage office where the victim B (the 40-year old) is working.

At around 20:50 on September 17, 2014, the Defendant damaged the property equivalent to KRW 570,000,00,000, such as 40,000, and 170,000, which was the glass window in the vicinity of the Defendant, by inserting three lids of water supply measuring instruments, such as the victim's glass window and the wall glass, on the ground that the victim received a large amount of the introduction fees before Pyeongtaek-si C, and the victim's "D Real Estate", and thereby, caused the damage.
