Punishment of the crime
Victim D(n, 53 years old) is a kind of friendship member such as the wife of the defendant.
The defendant's wife neglected the reputation for the reason that the victim did not have her husband. For this reason, the defendant's wife and the victim have difficulty in putting their hairs with each other, and as a result, the defendant's wife had a hole in face.
