Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2011, at around 10:45, the Defendant: (a) driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.152% while under the influence of alcohol on the road of approximately 3 km from Ulsan-gu B lending to the same Gu C.
