The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (the factual error) was not found to be sculped by the victim D’s flapsing, and the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case by mistakeing the facts.

2. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, i.e., (i) the victim D consistently stated from the investigative agency to the court of the court below that “the defendant was satisfing the defendant’s satisfing the defendant’s satisfing,” and there is credibility because it is difficult for the defendant to find out particularly unfavorable reasons for the defendant to make a false statement. (ii) At the time of the instant case, E was present as a witness in the court of the court of the court below and made a statement to the effect that there is no trace of the victim’s satflafing, but on the other hand, E was asked by the investigative agency to the effect that it is difficult for the defendant to believe the victim’s satisfing the victim’s satflafing, and thus, it is reasonable to find the judgment of the court below guilty, and there is no error as alleged by the defendant, and therefore, the defendant’s assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
