Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special intimidation: (a) the Defendant was a person operating C si, on the ground that he was sounding a horn while driving a victim D (43 tax) E cab.

On June 24, 2017, the Defendant considered that the said car is waiting for signaling at a two-lane on the south-distance road located in Seongdong-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si on the two-lane road, and determined a taxi on the one-lane road, and determined the taxi on the one-lane road so that “I am so driving” from the damaged person;

After hearing the word " and changing it to a travelling signal, the above taxi, which is a dangerous object, was driven and did not turn on the direction, etc. in the above passenger vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. On June 24, 2017, at around 12:50, the Defendant: (a) 19 Sung-gu Sung-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungdong-ro, 19 Sungdong-ro, used two descendants in front of the shooting distance of the said victim; (b) was snicking the relevant victim’s candle; and (c) was tightly pushed the victim’s left part with his hand.

As a result, the defendant got the victim with the left-hand chest in need of three weeks of treatment.
