Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of B Coin vehicle.

On January 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on January 26, 2017:52, while driving the vehicle, leading to the Kentishington-ro, Jentishington-ro, Jentishing-ro, Jentishing-ro, to the direction of the monthly death from the side of Jin-si.

At the time, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and properly manipulate the steering and brakes, and prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brakes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded without reducing the speed by driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, and received the previous owner who was on the right right side of the ice ice-scam, due to the negligence of lowering the ice-scam.

After all, the Defendant suffered injury, such as a dule, 3 times in the year in need of approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment, to the victim C (the age of 47) who was accompanied by the above occupational negligence.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 8 km away from the apartment in the era of the Sugjin-ri, Jin-ri, the Jin-ri, the Jin-ri, the Jent-ri, the Jent-ri, the Jent-ri, to the front road of the hotel, at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1).
