On October 31, 2015, at around 00:03, the Defendant driven at the section of approximately 2 km from the area near the sick station in the Escopic Cropic Cropic Cropic Cropic Zone to the front road in the Escopic Cropic Cropic Zone in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.102%.
