Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2015, at around 12:20, the Defendant: (a) reported young women who were around the bus stops in 197 due to the new return at Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Affairs and Daegu; and (b) was waiting for the bus at the bus stops, and (c) was sexually obscene acts, such as leaving the bus in front of the majority of people, such as B (V, 20 years of age, etc.) who were waiting for the bus at the bus stops.
