Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for habitual fraud at the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 30, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim who is a lineal ascendant.

2. On September 15, 2016, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties, at around 02:20 on September 15, 2016, the Daejeon District Police Station 733, at the entrance of the Daejeon District Police Station, arrested flagrant offenders for criminal facts as stated in paragraph (1), and was waiting for the entrance of the detention room at the entrance of the custody management team, and called, “F of the Daejeon District Police Station E Team, which opened a door of the above detention room, shall speak and take an desire to f of the above f,” and at the same time, the Defendant calculated the above F part of the f, by supporting the wall.
