Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From September 9, 2017, the Defendants interfered with the duties of the Defendants: (a) around 00:30 on September 9, 2017, the victim D (47 tax) who was in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, sent alcohol to the victim D (E main store; (b) the hours during which they were drinking; (c) the victim D (47) was under drinking alcohol; (d) damaged the tables in the room; (d) string the drinking series and the remainings; (e) lest his employees go out of the room; (e) lest the employees go out of the room; (e) opened another room with the customer; (e) repeated sound; and (e) Defendant A interfered with the victim’s business by force by collusioning about 1 hour and 25 minutes, such as drinking at once the head of the victim.

2. The Defendant interfered with Defendant A’s performance of official duties at the place above around September 9, 2017, and around around May 5, 2017, the Defendant destroyed the tables and flaged.

“Along with the request of F, etc. to file a petition via several times from the background F, etc. belonging to the Gyeyang Police Station of Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, which was reported to the site, the failure of drinking as described in paragraph 1, i.e., taking the head of the said D, and the said F assaulted the face of the said F on drinking without any reason any defect to prevent the Defendant from performing his/her duties and arrest the Defendant as a current offender of assault.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
