1. On May 11, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug, to E, in the dmode room located in Daegu Suwon-gu Dmophone.

2. On May 16, 2012, at around 15:00, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03g of philopon to E from an insular room in Daegu Suwon-gu, the Defendant provided 0.03g of philopon to E.

3. On June 20, 2012, around 18:00, the Defendant provided 0.03g of philopon to E within the HM5 vehicle parked in the vicinity of the Daegu Suwon-gu Gambro-gu Gam, and provided 0.03g of philopon to E.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On July 19, 2012, at around 22:30, the Defendant provided K with approximately 0.5 g of philopon at the JMotour care room located in Busan Northern-gu, Busan.

B. On June 25, 2013, at around 03:30, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from M in front of the Kimhae-si L, and subsequently promised to receive KRW 700,000 later, sold approximately 4.05 g of philopon in a dry line.

C. On June 29, 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant put approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s house of Yongcheon-si, 101 Dong 2031, and dilution with clopon, and administered it in a way of injection into the left part of blood.

At around 18:00 on July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) approximately 0.5g of philopon on the part of the Defendant’s hand room located in Youngcheon-si O, Young-si; and (b) approximately 9.23g of philopon on the part of the Defendant’s PK5 car Contacts.
