Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates "C Gameland" on the third and third floors in Spocheon City B and 3.
No one shall provide game products with the contents of which are different from those of the game products as classified for the purpose of distribution or use, or display or keep them therefor.
Nevertheless, on April 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) set up a game classification (CC-NA-17101-011) in the game room; and (b) created an IC card in connection with a business mobilephone with a game with a game with an IC card posted by the IC card; (c) then, the IC card, which is a poster card, was posted on the game, can be made early for daily settlement; and (d) provided an unspecified number of customers with 60 e.g., indicating a separate settlement window in the game machine.
As a result, the Defendant provided customers with game products, the contents of which are different from the contents classified by the Game Rating Board.

The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by this Court in the seizure list: (i) the information confirmation and initialization of the information on the IC card and the separate settlement method, unlike the information reported in the first report as a result of the creation of a master card in the game room operated by the defendant, and input it in the game machine; (ii) if the master card was changed in the function of the general IC card, it is possible to view the settlement window when the master card was changed; and (iii) such master card was not indicated in the classification; (iv) it is possible to verify the settlement details using the master card even though it is not possible to verify the settlement details in the normal rated game; and (v) in the game which was initially rated, the customer card information cannot be initialized.
