1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendant C’s 196,503.91 US dollars and its relation thereto shall be annually from February 10, 2014 to December 5, 2014.

On October 2013, Defendant C came to know that the quality of approximately 100 tons of fuel oil loaded in the fuel tank No. 3 of the instant vessel was not good, Defendant C proposed that Defendant B, D, etc. sell the said fuel oil at will and sell the said fuel oil in installments. On November 2013, 2013, Defendant C promised to sell the said fuel oil to Defendant B and D even at the port of Singapore, which is an intermediate port for police officers.

3. The instant vessel arrives at an outer port of Chinese hot spring in order to load cargo loaded in Brazil around November 30, 2013.
