When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2017, at around 20:50, the Defendant driven a B-ho vehicle owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 5 km to the front road of Pyeongtaek-si's coal business trip in Pyeongtaek-dong, Pyeongtaek-si to the front road of the same city to the front road of the same city.
