A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a marina business in the name of “F” in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu.
On March 26, 2017, the Defendant received 120,000 won in cash from a man’s loss in his/her name from a man’s loss in the same place of marina business around 17:00 on March 26, 2017, and sent the above male’s guest to one room in his/her atmosphere.

However, considering the favorable circumstances, such as the fact that the defendant acknowledges and reflects the crime, and the fact that the defendant does not repeat the crime again, the punishment shall be determined in consideration of the age, sex, environment, family relationship, and circumstances before and after the crime, and the execution of the punishment shall be suspended.
In addition, protection observation and social service is ordered to prevent recidivism.
