A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2012 to February 24, 2014, the Defendant was engaged in the delivery and collection of goods as a “D” employee of the victim’s “D” in the operation of the victim located in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si.
