Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From the end of June 2013 to August 18, 2013, the Defendant installed one plastic house (a approximately 54 square meters) and six coordinates in the river site near the Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, and cooked and sold chickens, thereby impairing the scenery and hindering the conservation and management of the natural park.
