On November 1, 2013, the Defendant, even though the driver’s license was revoked due to the violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), driven around about 10 meters from the road in the south-gu Sea-dong, Nam-gu, South-gu, Mapo-si, on February 3, 2016 to the new interester in the same region.
