The judgment below
Examining the reasoning of the judgment below and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, we affirm the judgment of the court below that the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes among the facts charged in the instant case is recognized, and there is no violation of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence by violating the logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of taking good offices.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
