Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The Defendant is a holder of Cunst Vehicle.

On March 19, 2008, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads near the Mayangyang-gun, Chungcheongnamyang-do.
