1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 120,550,000 and the amount of KRW 90,000 among them, from December 1, 2017 to the date of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant are the Seoul building located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul (hereinafter “instant building”) owned by the Plaintiff around April 2012, around April 2012.

(2) After the Defendant accepted the outer wall of the building, etc., the Defendant agreed to rent and operate the building 2 and 3 floors. Under the agreement above, the Plaintiff and the Defendant leased KRW 90 million from the Plaintiff on May 7, 2012, and constructed outer walls and interior walls of the building. 2) After May 30, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a lease contract with each of the above real estate lease deposits with respect to the second floor of the building of the building of the building of this case: ① lease deposit amounting to KRW 40 million, monthly rent (excluding value-added tax), KRW 220,000,000 from June 1, 2012 to May 30, 2014; ② lease deposit amounting to KRW 20 million, management fee, KRW 200,000,000, and KRW 200,000 from May 30, 2012 to May 29, respectively.

3) The Defendant prepared a cash custody certificate (Evidence A) to the Plaintiff as of May 7, 2012, with respect to the above loans of KRW 90 million and KRW 60 million (= KRW 20 million) and KRW 150 million in total (= KRW 60 million). The said cash custody certificate states that “The Defendant borrowed KRW 150 million from the Plaintiff, but notified the Plaintiff before the said month of the necessity of the Plaintiff, the said money shall be returned, and the interest amount shall be KRW 50 million in total, KRW 40 million in total, KRW 250 million in total, KRW 40 million in total, KRW 250 million in total, KRW 40 million in total, KRW 250 in total, KRW 400 in total, KRW 200 in KRW 250 million in total, KRW 405 million in total, KRW 2700 in total, KRW 2500,000 in KRW 275 billion in total, as seen below).”
