Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant introduced D, the Defendant’s wife, as the representative director (CEO) of E (hereinafter referred to as “E”) established in the fourth Sea Gas in the U.S., and the Defendant himself, who is a director of the E, was carrying out at the same time as the actual operator of E, and entered into a contract for the exclusive supply of “Tho-hym” water between E and F of the Casino Casino Group F in the U.S. V., the Defendant attempted to obtain money from the victim G and the victim H by making a false statement that it is necessary to operate the business.

② Unlike the manner of purchase order, E entered into a contract for the supply of goods with a certain quantity or more according to the terms and conditions of the contract in advance, different from the manner of purchase order to be supplied only when the hotel side orders the goods.
③ E has established a very close relationship with F’s highest management. In particular, E, outside directors, worked as the personal adviser of K, who owns the F Group, played an important role in enabling the business relationship between E and F.
④ E entered into an exclusive contract with L (hereinafter referred to as L) for the supply of three-dimensional water to F.
5 E has passed the FDA evaluation on the three-dimensional water of agriculture, and L has obtained California's living license, and F shall be E.
