Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2012, at around 08:32, the Defendant: (a) entered the 37th national road reduction line, the Defendant: (b) obtained D New Airport franchise from the victim C to the two-lanes; and (c) intentionally operated the said vehicle from 600 meters away from the military unit to 3 times in the direction of the head of the military unit, thereby causing the said vehicle owned by the victim to conceal the said vehicle on the part of the Defendant, thereby damaging the repair cost 1,404,223 won.
