Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On October 14, 2003, the Republic of Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea”) intended to newly construct and sell the instant complex building (hereinafter referred to as the “instant complex building”) on the instant plot of land (hereinafter referred to as the “instant plot of land”) and four lots of land in Ansan-si (hereinafter referred to as the “instant site”) shall complete the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on October 13, 2013 with respect to the instant project site on the ground of trust.
