Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the F in Southyang-si, E, or H in Southyang-si.

In addition, from that time until August 1, 2013, the Defendant filed a false declaration as if the actual import price was US$3,236,31, even though it was US$3,236,311, and the actual import price was 1,589,841.

3. Where any person who manipulates prices of goods intends to export, import or return such goods, he/she shall file a report thereon with the head of a customs office on the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, and shall not file an import declaration by manipulating the price of the goods for the purpose of acquiring or causing a third party
