1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 4, 199, the Plaintiff’s mother and B entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant for family injury guarantee (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”) with the term “as of August 4, 2019,” “the due date of mutual aid,” “B,” “Plaintiff,” “Plaintiff,” “as of August 4, 2019,” “family injury guarantee amounting to KRW 30 million, and KRW 30 million under the family injury guarantee agreement.”

[Ordinary Terms and Conditions] Article 3 (Compensation for Damages) (1) An office of low-income (the defendant shall be named; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall compensate the beneficiary for the damage resulting from the injury, if the beneficiary suffered bodily injury within or outside the Republic of Korea due to any of the following causes during the period of the deduction:

One time the amount of the beneficiary’s subscription to the mutual-aid fund for the general accident of the former part of the traffic accident is five times the amount of the beneficiary’s subscription to the mutual-aid fund (special terms and conditions).

Ⅱ. Article 1 (Scope of Beneficiaries) of the Special Terms and Conditions for Family Injury Security (Scope of Beneficiaries) ① The low-income office shall be a family member of the Insured under this Special Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “I”).
