The sentence against the accused shall be determined by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Criminal facts

On January 2, 2020, at around 20:15, the Defendant, at the “C” drinking house of the Defendant’s operation located in Chungcheong City B, refused to comply with the demand of the victim D (53 years of age, remaining) to leave his/her place of business without leaving his/her place of business, he/she saw that he/she she was able to take the kitchen knick (15cm, approximately 20cm of the knife), a dangerous object in his/her kitchen, and sound “I wish to be killed”.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
