A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:00 on November 4, 2013, the Defendant, within the Seoul Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station C District in Guro-gu, Seoul, and gave a bath to a taxi engineer while getting on and off a taxi under the influence of alcohol immediately before, and at the same time, a taxi engineer gets on board the Defendant and found the taxi according to the said C District, and made a report thereon, and among civil petitioners, a police officer belonging to the said district of the Defendant, who was the victim, made a public insult of the victim by openly insulting the victim by giving a large voice to a police officer of the said district of the victim, including a defect in the notification, and the above taxi engineer.
