Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 12, 2016, the Defendant was driving a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.170% from the 2km section to the front road of the apartment building, which is located in the master road in Chuncheon City and Chuncheon City, from the front road of the apartment to the road in front of the “b-wing chill of the side-water congested,” which is located in 1793 in the same Si/Gun/Gu.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle as specified in paragraph 1.

The Defendant driven the above car at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 1, and moved off the front of the 110-way intersection of the Burg apartment to the Hongcheon-gun, Sacheon-ro, 354, Sacheon-ro.

At the time of night, there was a duty of care to ensure the safe operation of a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle thoroughly in front of the night.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and negligently driven while under the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph 1, and left the above intersection to Hongcheon-gun from the side of the Ansan church.

C Driving received Di30 Slocks between the right side of the driver's car and the pentum part of the Defendant's car driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing such duties, destroyed the said i30 car to the extent that the repair cost is insufficient, and the Defendant immediately stopped the said i30 car and escaped without taking necessary measures.
