Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:40 on February 17, 2016, the Defendant suffered an injury to the part of the skin on the treatment days, such as the victim’s stud tenant C(39 years of age) and the victim’s stud tenant C(39 years of age), leading the victim’s bat, leading him twice bat, and facing the victim’s head on the wall.
