1. The Defendant shall receive from the Plaintiff the Jeju District Court on July 31, 2014 regarding the real estate stated in the separate sheet.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) On December 6, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant on December 6, 2013, the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

(2) The term “instant contract” was entered into with the purchase price of KRW 700 million (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”).

(i) The main contents of the special agreement are as follows:

(1) Article 3 (Period of Completion and Delivery) ① The Defendant shall complete the completion of construction within 12 months after the conclusion of the contract. ② The Defendant shall deliver and use the instant real estate to the Plaintiff within one month upon completion of construction. 1. The acquisition of recognized documents or approval documents for use issued by the management division in accordance with the statutory provisions governing the location of the instant real estate must be in line with the conditions of normal use, such as water, electricity, heating, boiler, gas, telecommunications, roads. In addition to the special circumstances provided for in Article 6 (Notice Liability at the time of delivery by the Defendant’s delay), except for those special cases provided for in Article 3 (Notice Liability at the time of delivery by the Defendant’s delivery), if the Defendant does not use the instant real estate within the period provided for in this contract, the Plaintiff has the right to rescind this contract. In the event that the Plaintiff cancels this contract, the Defendant shall pay all the proceeds paid within 100 days from the date of arrival of the Plaintiff’s notice of cancellation, and the Defendant shall pay part of the contract and the intermediate payment within 2016% thereof.
