A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 19:50 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant driven one ton of the E under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.058% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the roof-dong village of the Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun to the front side of the Dcafeteria located in the same military C, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 4km.

From September 19:50 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant damaged special obstruction of performance of official duties and special goods for public use, the Defendant was discovered by drinking from three police officers, such as slope G belonging to the Fest of the Development Police Station at the C cafeteria located in Gyeongnam-gun, and the police officer was discovered by drinking from three police officers, such as G with the Fest of the Development Police Station, G with the view to having the said police officers moved to the vehicle at the request of the Defendant who is different from the above police officers.
