A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

Although a person who intends to convert a mountainous district intends to obtain permission from the competent authority for setting the purpose thereof, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the head of the competent authority on November 201, 201, mobilized a cuter and a man-made body in B forest land, and cut trees with a size of 8,93 square meters out of the said forest land and converted the use of the mountainous district without permission.
