The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The reasoning of the appeal is heavier than that of the lower court.

2. After the judgment of the court below, it is a change in circumstances favorable to the defendant that the victim G accepted the appeal by the defendant's wife and used the defendant and did not want the punishment.
