1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 1,046,921,984 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 4, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case where “creditor” is changed to “Plaintiff” and “debtor”.
